Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).

Create and manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
•
Design and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Build partnerships with influencers and collaborators to amplify brand visibility.
•
Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using different tools.
•
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
•
Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.

Align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
•
Proven track record of managing social media platforms for brands.
•
Expertise in social media management tools.
•
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
•
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
•
Experience managing social media for eCommerce brands or startups.
•
