Responsibilities: Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and evict violators from the premises.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work.
Must provide a high level of customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Neat in appearance and grooming.
Ability to pass a drug screening and background investigation.
Reliable transportation and phone.
Military And/or Law Enforcement Experience Preferred But Not Required. Must meet NC PPSB license requirements.
