The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED preferred. + Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. Tasks require candidate be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more. + Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various areas of the warehouse as well as comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet. + Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards. **Responsibilities** + Accurately pick, pack, ship product. + Works on routine assignments that require problem resolution. + Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures. + Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments. + Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety. + Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners. + Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management. + Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization. + Use required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days), and material handling equipment safety harness _Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply._ _Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
